Light Steel Structure Poultry House Characteristics

4. Vertical and transversal support: Q235 angle steel, round bar or steel pipe;

8. Roof: Corrugated steel sheet with insulation or sandwich panel;
9. Wall: Wire meshes with curtain system or sandwich panel;
10. Feeding system: Feeder motor connect with feeder hopper;
11. Nipple drinker system;
12. Tunnel ventilation and heating system;
13. Suspension system with ceiling winch;
14. Ventilation: External damper fan with cone.

 It is very easy to assemble with a low construction cost. 

An automatic curtain machine is also applied to the poultry house.

 Feeder with 14 ribs for growing of chicks

 the oval shape allows each pan to serve up to 30 laying hens.

Automatic drinking system:

 It provides always fresh clean water to all birds.

 Egg conveyor system:

 uniquely shaped egg carriers and egg transfers provide gentle, smooth transport of the eggs, preventing cracks in the shells and preserving egg quality

 Automatic manure cleaning

transport the chicken manure to the truck directly, ensure good and clean environment in the chicken house

 Ventilation system

 It makes the air always fresh and control the temperature.

Silos

It made from galvanized sheet steel. All systems can be filled pneumatically or by auger.

the size of the silo required depends on daily feed consumption and required storage time.
